Thank you for stopping by.   We are here to assist you every step of the way!   Here are the answer to some of the questions you may have!

The Vintage Rose has seated capacity for up to 250 guests and cocktail capacity for 400.

Deposits are due at the time you reserve your date. Most dates can be reserved with 10% to 25%, with final payments due 30 days before the event. 

We offer all-inclusive packages, the total includes taxes, there is no service charge added to any of our events.   Gratuity is additional and it is calculated from the subtotal, pre-tax amount. 

The parking lot and venue are all in one level with ramps available for your convenience.

Parking is on site and complimentary.  There are a few hundred spaces available. 

Vendors may arrive two hours to set up any special equipment, including stages, backdrops or music equipment.  All items must be removed at the end of the event.

Our professional event staff will do all the set up and break down of your event.  Our coordinators will set up most of your personal items, and pack them up at the end of the night for you.

Speakers are wired-in and no additional sound equipment is needed to compliment your event.

Yes, we have our own kitchen on-site and serve plated service with an option to also serve some menus buffet style.  

Great question!   Our packages are priced by day of the week, and time of day, with our most cost effective full package being on Wednesday or Thursday, as well as Mornings.    Usually, discounts apply for January, February & March weddings. 

We allow outside catering for Asian, Middle Eastern & Indian Food.   Venue consumption minimums must be met.  

All bar requirements must be purchased thru the venue.   Outside alcohol may be brought, if it is also part of your bar package.  It must be dispensed behind the bar.  No is no corkage fee added.

Most events are from 5 to 6 hours long, party time. This does not include set up or break down time.   Most events end at 11:30pm, you may add hours and end past midnight.   

There are no noise restrictions at our venues.
