The Vintage Rose | La Petite Rose
A wedding venue must be chosen very carefully. We are honored that you chose us to work on such a very important day for you. But mostly, we are humbled that you loved your event and our delivery. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Rose & Team
“If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful wedding experience the Vintage Rose is the place for you! The wedding coordinator, DJ, decorations, food, and fun stuff like a photobooth and donut wall all made our wedding extra special.
We were so LUCKY to have SANDY as our wedding coordinator. She is absolutely amazing and made everything on the wedding day flow and run smoothly. Sandy was on top of everything and I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. She deserves all the stars and a standing ovation
Our DJ was Nicholas from night and day DJ. He is easy to talk to and helped pick out the right music for both the ceremony and reception. He is very experienced and knows how to influence the vibe with his jams.
The Vintage Rose provides the floral decorations in the Barn as well as in the reception. You get to choose your table set ups and colors for your wedding day. No need to worry about where to rent or buy anything because the Vintage Rose will take set up the room for you.
The food was amazing! We also chose to have a taco bar instead of a cake at the end and our guests enjoyed ending the night with more food after all the drinking.
My husband and I look back at our wedding and we know we made the best decision choosing The Vintage Rose for our special day..”
“The Vintage Rose was the first place my now wife and I checked out and it ended up being the place we chose to get married. It was a decision we did not regret!
Right off the bat, the difference between our experience touring this venue as opposed to any of the others was the passion we recognized in our guide, Matt’s voice. It became immediately clear to us that the people who run Rose Wade events really care about what they do AND they extended that care and attention to us, the prospective clients. They took pains to ensure we felt looked after and that this venue would cater toward our day and our guests!
This venue was also priced more competitively than any other venue we toured! We wanted an all-inclusive package and boy, did they include! So much of the decor was taken care of, ranging from the flowers to the runners and utensils! So much of the guess work was taken out of or wedding-planning process!
Some features that SOLD us were the donut wall (which was a HUGE hit) AND the late night taco bar! The drinks were excellent and the food was delicious. Some of the feedback that we received from our guests was that they never felt hungry at any point of the night. It just kept coming! From the hors d’oeuvres to the meal (which was served in what seemed like seconds) to the cake and the late night meal, our friends and family were NOT left wanting.
The staff at the Vintage Rose made the planning process so pleasant! The tasting was quite the event! The coordinator, Jamie, was amazing at getting us situated and did so much to take the edge off of planning! Master DJ Larry created just the right atmosphere we were looking for! They even put us in touch with our wedding photographer, Justin Kim! AND, they were quick on the fly! My best man arranged a surprise message from the cast of the film ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ a week before they won their best actor Oscars and the staff at the Vintage Rose were quick to provide the tech support needed to have the message viewed in the banquet hall!
The venue itself is very interesting with lots of different rooms. The grooms room was AWESOME! It featured a bar with a billiards table and my groomsmen would have been happy to spend the whole wedding in there. The bride’s room was amazing as well, complete with a beatiful mirror that spanned from floor to ceiling! My parents’ commented that it looked like we spent way more time and money on this wedding than my wife and I actually did.
If you’re looking for a unique and beatiful venue for your wedding, I 10/10 recommend the Vintage Rose! They mean it when they say they offer boutique weddings. The package was indeed all-inclusive and they do it at an unbelievable price point. Seriously, the value of their service is OFF THE CHARTS. I will comment that the venue space might be a bit cozy if you’re planning on inviting more than 250 people but we invited that many and nobody complained about not having enough space to party! If we could do it all over again, there would be no doubt in my mind, we would choose this place in a heartbeat!.”
“My wife and I got married back in June and just had to write a review for The Vintage Rose! We were able to book our wedding a little over a year ago and were very pleased with the whole process.
As a couple that didn’t know much about wedding planning and wanting just a stress free planning where the venue would take care of things, this really fit the bill. The venue also was able to handle our guest count of about 190 comfortably!
Our Coordinator Sandy was a huge help and just listed out all the decisions we had to make in a manageable order and timeline. The venue really did a great job in decorating and just making sure everything ran smoothly. Our Coordinator also checked in on us periodically as needed and also was great with helping on some last minute changes! We never felt stressed or overwhelmed throughout the wedding day as Sandy was there to guide us. The venue was also accommodating and let us bring in some of our own drinks and catered appetizers for no extra hassle or charge.
All in all, would really recommend this venue for any couple looking to get married with minimal worries!.”
“We had our wedding at the Vintage Rose a week ago and it was PERFECT! The venue is a hidden gem in an unusual location, but it is gorgeous and spacious inside. Pictures are beautiful but they really don’t do it justice. The staff is fantastic and even with their volume of events/weddings, we felt like our wedding is the most important.
My top three reasons I find The Vintage Rose exceptional & highly recommendable:
1. The best value provided for an all inclusive wedding package, with an unbeatable price.
2. The Best wedding coordinator (Jamie)! I believe they have other coordinators so this is specifically for Jamie.
3. Fantastic DJ /MC Larry!
Let me elaborate.. because there’s so much to say..
1. The Price & Value
It was the most reasonably priced venue that included everything we needed (Dj/MC, food, OPEN BAR, and Photo Booth – that was a plus). If you’re on a budget, like we were, and want an open bar, you won’t find a better deal anywhere else.
– side note- the venue is family owned and operated. We actually had our minds set for another venue when we visited and met Rose, the fam and their staff. After talking to them, we knew right away we’d have our wedding here.
2. Jamie
Jamie, our coordinator, was AMAZING and truly exceeded our expectations!! She was so wonderful, even our guests had so many positive things to say about her.
– From the start, she created the timeline for the day of the wedding and provided a checklist with helpful links (ex: how to create a monogram). Weddings are so stressful so the checklist was extremely helpful to knew exactly what we needed to do.
– As the wedding day approached, she helped with last minute changes to the seating chart and dinner menu, and she always did it with this positive attitude that made me feel at ease. We even added a late night taco truck (very last minute) and she helped coordinate and setup on the day of the wedding.
– On the day of the wedding, she not only decorated beautifully with the signs and items we provided, but she even decorated our $40 plain white cake and turned it into a Beautiful WEDDING CAKE!!
– Lastly, our wedding day went so smoothly and it was because of Jamie. From the Ceremony, to the pictures, to the Reception (all the speeches, dances, bouquet toss), and all the way to ending the night, she guided us through it all! As someone who is very particular (especially when it came to our wedding), it was so nice to relax and just enjoy this special day because we knew we were in good hands.
3. DJ Larry
Correspondingly important to the wedding day was DJ/MC Larry. Larry and Jamie’s flawless partnership made a potentially chaotic and stressful day, so effortless.
– For wedding prep, Larry provided an Event Music Planner that not only guided us in selecting songs for the ceremony and reception, but the clickable song selections linked straight to Spotify or YouTube. (A small detail that makes planning a tiny bit easier – and those tiny bits are really appreciated during stressful wedding planning)
– Larry understood our intentions for the reception, which was to dance A LOT. We have a diverse group of friend and family (that doesn’t speak the same language), so music selection wasn’t easy but Larry played a variety of music that got everyone on the dance floor.
– Last thing, we also loved the QR code for song requests that made it super easy for guests to request songs..”
“I wish I could give them a million stars!!! The Vintage Rose, the staff, and our coordinator Lily were a dream to work with! When we first walked into the place and took a tour with Matt, I knew this place was magical. Jaime brought out appetizers, wine, and flowers. He’s a HUGE reason why we booked the venue. If the staff were half as kind, charismatic, and charming as Jaime I knew we needed them for our special day! I told my now husband that if they had our date, we would book the venue that day! It was fate!! All inclusive is the way to go, especially for two busy professionals! Our bridal party kept asking what they needed to do and set up the day before. We asked Lily what we could help with, and the answer was the same, “Don’t worry about a thing! You’re going to have a wonderful wedding! I got you!” Lily had my back through everything!! As a type A person, I worried, reread contracts, schedules, etc. because of habit, but I was incredibly calm and zen the day of the wedding! We brought in some items to have displayed at the reception, and I told Lily that I trusted her to make it look beautiful. She delivered!! I teared up when I saw the venue the day of the wedding. It was SO beautiful!! From silly requests to hearing the officiants voice before booking them to last minute changes to keeping us on schedule once we stepped foot at the venue, Lily and the Vintage Rose staff had us covered! If you want your dog included in your special day, this place is it because they will take care and love your dog!!.”
“We had our wedding at the Vintage Rose a couple weeks ago, and oh boy it was the best night. The Vintage Rose is an all inclusive venue. For our wedding, everything was taken care of, and everything was perfect. Larry – our DJ/ MC was amazing and professional. He helped us out with the music. He hosted a game during the reception that was so funny. Almost of everyone participated, and everyone could not stop talking about it after the wedding.
Sandy- our coordinator was the best. She made everything simple and stress-free during our wedding date. We met her on the first meeting, and she guided us through the ceremony and the reception timeline. The meeting with Sandy was so helpful that it put everything into perspective. We had a clearer idea of how the wedding would play out. Sandy was funny, kind, and helpful. She was always by our side during the wedding day. She reminded us of the next steps during the reception. She called and delegated the people that she needed to call. The wedding day was easy and perfect because of Sandy.
Overall, our experience at The Vintage Rose was good and perfect. Sandy, Larry, and the rest of the staff were professional and kind. Would def recommend TVR to other couples!!.”
