Hi, my name is Rose, thanks for stopping by.   I have been doing catering and events for a long as I can remember.   

I was born in Mexico City, and migrated to the States in the 70’s.  I come from a family of hard working immigrants, real good people that taught the value of hard and ethical work.   

I started running small little catering jobs at 18.  It has been a true love of mine to set the most beautiful table and stage for an event.  Regardless of budget, if it’s held at my venue, we go big or we go home.   I love excellence.  

The love for carefully designing and curating each event as if it was the only one has brought me here, and I could not be more proud and honored to serve you.  

Over the years, this little one-woman show grew, and it became a family business.   

My husband Pat, sons Matt & Michael work here, as do my extended family, my work family.  I love them very much and thank them for spending all their weekends here, making the magic happen.
